Power PlantsCITIC Pacific builds, owns and operates power plants and coal mining projects in mainland China. At the end of 2012, CITIC Pacific had a total attributable power generating capacity of 3,119MW. The total electricity generated in 2012 by all power plants in which CITIC Pacific had an interest was about 31 billion kWh; heat generated was 7,346kGJ.
