Current Job Vacancies:
 Legal Counsel 
   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice on legal and regulatory compliance issues
  • Draft, prepare and review general corporate & commercial agreements
  • Liaise with external lawyers and internal departments on legal issues and assist in projects
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years of post qualification experience
  • Solid experience in securities law and M&A gained in a law firm or listed company
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
 
 
 
 Assistant Project Manager - Architect / QS 
   
 
Responsibilities:
    Architect:

  • Assist the overall planning and management of Hong Kong projects
  • Monitor and coordinate PRC projects with the Company's operating entities in PRC
  • Co-ordinate and resolve design issues
  • Manage consultants to achieve project goals

    QS:

  • Prepare investment appraisals, budgets, estimates, cash flow projections. Monitor tender procurement, and review tender/contract documents
  • Assist the overall planning and management of Hong Kong projects
  • Monitor and coordinate PRC projects with the Company's operating entities in PRC
  • Inter-departmental co-ordination on financial matters
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Architecture with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience in property developer and/or consulting firm with exposure in PRC property development an added advantage
  • Full membership of HKIS or RICS (QS) and strong in investment appraisals, and cost control, familiar in tender procurement, contract drafting and documentation, and contract administration / Full membership of HKIA or RIBA (Architecture) and strong in design review, building regulations, design co-ordination and management, management of consultants and contractors, cost control, construction supervision and contract administration
  • Able to handle various projects at the same time
  • Good communication skills and excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Frequent travel to mainland China
 
 
 
 Senior Audit Officer 
   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct internal control and risk management reviews
  • Prepare internal audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' audit experience in sizeable listed companies and / or Big 4 CPA firms.
  • Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • CISA or equivalent IT knowledge is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independent with an analytical mind.
  • Travels to PRC and Australia are required.

    Candidates with less experience will be offered an Audit Officer position
