Current Job Vacancies:
 AUDIT OFFICER 
   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting internal audit assignments of the group companies and departments
  • Carry out financial and internal control system reviews in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan or special request of senior management
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 4 years' relevant experience in auditing
  • Professional accounting qualification or finalist
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • PC literate and to be an energetic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Frequent travel to PRC is required
Remarks :
    Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant.
 
 
 PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHITECTURE 
   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate of PRC projects with the Company's operating entities in PRC
  • Assist the overall planning and management of Hong Kong projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Architecture with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience in property developer and/or consulting firm with exposure in PRC property development an added advantage
  • Full membership of HKIA or RIBA
  • Familiar with project feasibility study, land acquisition, change of use, land exchange, design management, management of consultants and contractors, estimates, cost control, construction supervision and contract administration
  • Frequent travel to mainland China
Remarks :
    Candidates with less experience may be considered for less senior positions.
 
 
 ACCOUNTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT 
   
 
Responsibilities:
    Provide general accounting support to Financial Control Department
Requirements:
  • University graduate in accounting or equivalent
  • Member of a professional accounting body
  • Minimum 6 years accounting experience
  • PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting systems
  • Good command of English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind
Remarks :
    Candidate with MINIMUM 3 YEARS accounting experience may be considered to be ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
