 ASSISTANT MANAGER - TREASURY RISK MANAGEMENT (Ref. No :  Please quote reference on email subject : (Ref : AM - TRM))

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the GM-Treasury Risk Management to handle derivative hedge accounting issues
  • Prepare and compile regular reports for management and risk committee
  • Monitor and book derivative trades into the REVAL system
  • Compile the Treasury and Settlement Process Manual and prepare related tracking
    documentation
  • Assist in general finance-related activities
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management
  • 3 - 5 years experience in handling trading or risk management issues in large accounting firm, bank, management consultancy or major corporation
  • Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint with basic knowledge of derivatives
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills and a self starter with ability to work independently
Remarks :
    Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered for Manager position
 
 
 ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - FINANCIAL CONTROL (Ref. No :  Please quote reference on email subject : (Ref. : PRC))
   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Administer the financial control works, including financial report, management report, budget and cashflow forecast
  • Monitor the compliance of PRC listing rules and regulations in respect of financial reporting
  • Assist to monitor the compliance of PRC accounting standards
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required, including financial due diligence, transaction support, etc.
  • Liaise with PRC subsidiaries on accounting issues and translate documents into Mainland Chinese
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting or higher
  • Professional qualification of ACCA / HKICPA / ASA / CICPA an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years accounting experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Solid experience in handling full sets of accounts, financial reports and PRC accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards and PRC statutory requirements in respect of financial reporting
  • Extensive PC and software user skills. Hands on experience in HFM an added advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Speak NATIVE Putonghua and good written mainland Chinese a must.
  • Good interpersonal, communications, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
