Mr. Chang Zhenming, a non-executive director since 2006, has been the Chairman of the Company since April 2009. He is the Vice Chairman and President of CITIC Group, the Vice Chairman of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited and China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited. From March 2000 to June 2005, Mr. Chang was also an executive director of CITIC Pacific. He has over 20 years' broad range of experience in banking, finance and securities business. He was formerly the Vice Chairman and President of China Construction Bank Corporation. Mr. Chang is 52.
