Mr. Yung has been a director since 1990. He is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of CITIC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited ("CITIC HK") and an Executive Director of CITIC Group. He worked for 14 years with the Ministry of Electric Power in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") before coming to Hong Kong in 1978, and had extensive management experience before establishing CITIC HK in 1987. Mr. Yung is 66.
