Mr. Chau has been a director since 2006. He joined CITIC Pacific in 1990, is a non-executive director of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited ("DCH Holdings"), a director of CITIC HK, Hong Kong Resort Company Limited ("HK Resort") and certain Group companies concerned with special steel projects. He joined CITIC HK in 1987 after experience in public accounting and in financial management with a major Hong Kong listed company. Mr. Chau is 52.
