Mr. Moore has been a director since 1990. He is a non-executive director of Cathay and CLP Holdings Limited ("CLP Holdings"), a director of CITIC Pacific Mining, the Chairman of New Hong Kong Tunnel Company Limited ("NHKTC") and WHT, the Deputy Chairman of CCHL and the representative CITIC Pacific on the Board of Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau S.A.R.L.. Mr. Moore joined CITIC HK in 1987 after holding senior management positions with a number of financial institutions and acted as an Executive Director of CITIC HK until August 2007. Mr. Moore is 61.
