Mr. Lee is the Vice Chairman of CITIC Guoan Co., Ltd. ("CITIC Guoan"), a director of CITIC Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd ("CITIC Pacific Mining") and several Group companies involved in special steel projects. Before joining CITIC HK in 1988, Mr. Lee was with major banking and shipping groups in Hong Kong. He joined CITIC Pacific Limited ("CITIC Pacific") in 1990. Mr. Lee is 55.
