Mr. Yung has been a director since 2000. He is the Chairman of Shanghai CITIC Square Co., Ltd. and Shanghai New Westgate Garden Property Co., Ltd. He is also a director of CITIC Pacific China Holdings Limited ("CP China") and other Group companies concerned with property, infrastructure and special steel projects in the PRC. He joined CITIC Pacific in 1993. He is the son of Mr. Larry Yung Chi Kin. Mr. Yung is 40.
