Incorporated in 1949, Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (DCH Holdings) is a major distributor of motor vehicles, food and consumer products with substantial operations in Hong Kong, mainland China and Macao. It also has businesses in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and Canada.

Motor and Motor Related Business:
In Hong Kong, DCH Holdings distributes a broad range of passenger and commercial vehicles including Acura, Audi, Bentley, Honda, Isuzu, King Long, MAN, Nissan, Opel, Saab and UD Nissan Diesel, making it one of the largest distributors of motor vehicles in the territory. DCH Holdings has 28% of the Hong Kong motor market share in 2009. In recent years, DCH Holdings has been expanding rapidly in mainland China. Working closely with local associates, DCH Holdings' Motor and Motor Related Business now covers 17 cities with 48 4S outlets, regional parts distribution and traditional motor service centres. DCH Holdings has also set up motor leasing business in Beijing and Shanghai.

Food and Consumer Products Business: DCH Holdings distributes food commodity and consumer products in Hong Kong including frozen meat, rice and cereals, edible oils, fast moving consumer goods (including food & beverage, confectionery and dairy products, etc.), cosmetics, home electrical appliances & AV products, etc. Besides, the DCH Food Mart / Food Mart Deluxe, our frozen food specialty retail chain store, operates 72 outlets across the Hong Kong Territory. In mainland China, DCH Holdings has built up good relationships with business corporations and trading partners, and has successfully established a strong distribution network for trading business development. Regional headquarters are set up in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou for continuously developing total food supply chain business in mainland China.

Logistics Business: DCH Holdings also provides efficient distribution and logistics services, such as food supply chain and cold chain management solutions to internationally renowned FMCG suppliers, retail chains, food service operations, hotels and casinos of Hong Kong, Macao and mainland China. The new logistics centre in Yuen Long has started phased operation from the first quarter of 2009. The multi-function international logistics park in Xinhui of Guangdong Province has been in operation, with further investment projects in the pipeline, to increase DCH Holdings' involvement in food processing, import & export bonded warehousing & repacking and one-stop supply chain management solution to product principals and third-party customers.
