Disclaimer on Fraudulent Emails

CITIC Pacific Limited would like to alert the public to certain fraudulent emails purportedly sent by certain officer(s) of CITIC Pacific on behalf of CITIC Pacific soliciting the provision by members of the public to CITIC Pacific of payment collection services.

Neither CITIC Pacific nor any officer of CITIC Pacific has any involvement in the matter and the fraudulent email(s) did not emanate from CITIC Pacific or on behalf of CITIC Pacific.

CITIC Pacific has reported the case to the Hong Kong Police for investigation. Members of the public are advised not to place any reliance on such emails or any similar emails. CITIC Pacific is not and will not be in the business of soliciting payment collection services.
