CITIC Pacific Limited hereby declares that the above mentioned company is falsely and illegally using the trademark of CITIC Pacific. It has no association or relationship of any kind with CITIC Pacific or its subsidiaries.

In addition, we have become aware of that an individual with the name of Xuefeng is claiming to be an employee of CITIC Pacific on LinkedIn. CITIC Pacific declares that Ma Xuefeng is not and has never been an employee of CITIC Pacific or CITIC Pacific’s subsidiaries.

6月30日，中信泰富能源利電五期項目核准申請獲得江蘇省發展改革委核准批復。為滿足江蘇省經濟社會發展的用電需求，提升電力供應能力，增加電力系統支撐性，調節性電源配置，優化電力裝機結構，江蘇省發改委批准利港電力有限公司在廠內擴建兩台100萬千瓦機組。利電五期項目預計於2023年年底前澆築第一罐混凝土，爭取2025年迎峰度冬前建成投產，確保2026年迎峰度夏前全部投產。

5月26日，2023中國汽車經銷商集團百強榜出爐，中信泰富旗下大昌行位列全國第八位，再次入圍全國前十。中國汽車經銷商百強榜由中國汽車流通協會發布，以營收規模為標準展示中國汽車經銷商實力變遷，自2009年起至今已發布十四期。

西部地區首台“華龍一號”機組——中國廣核集團廣西防城港核電站3號機組日前投產發電，並具備商業運行條件，這是第三台投產的“華龍一號”核電機組。中信泰富特鋼旗下天津鋼管再展硬核實力——該機組的20控Cr、WB36CN1及A335P22等材質無縫管道均採用天管產品。

防城港核電項目規劃建設有6台百萬千瓦級核電機組，預計每年可提供530億千瓦時，滿足900萬人口的生產生活年度用電需求，每年可減少二氧化碳排放約4400萬噸，環保效益相當於造林12萬公頃。

2023年3月，中信泰富旗下子公司泰富基建於成功投得“香港西區海底隧道的管理、運營及維護”合約(以下簡稱MOM合約)，為期3年。 中信目前持有香港西區海底隧道35%股權，隧道專營權將在2023年8月1日屆滿並交還政府，8月2日起就將由泰富基建承擔西區海底隧道的管理、運營和維護。

香港西區海底隧道連接香港島西營盤與西九龍，於1997年4月30日正式啟用，隧道全長2公里，雙管三線行車，目前每日服務車流量近6萬架次。該隧道能有效緩解香港過海行車隧道的交通流量壓力，同時也是香港國際機場核心計畫中的十項核心工程之一，是香港重要的基建設施。

本次是公司繼去年贏得中環灣仔繞道MOM合約後再次成功獲得的MOM項目。自此，泰富基建所管理的香港基建MOM項目增至4個，進一步鞏固了其作為香港基建項目管理主要運營商的地位。本次中標是泰富基建的管理品質得到香港特區政府及各界高度肯定的印證。泰富基建未來同時運營管理多條隧道將創造良好的協同效益，也會為進一步拓展香港基建項目奠定堅實的競爭優勢。

On January 4th, CITIC Pacific Special Steel’s subsidiary Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel signed a transaction contract with Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange. Xingcheng Special Steel became the transferee of 60% of the equity of Shanghai Electric Group Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (Electric Steel Pipe) and successfully obtained its underlying assets. The transaction price was RMB1.908 billion yuan.

Electric Steel Pipe is a controlling company established by Shanghai Electric to control Tianjin Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Steel Pipe). Electric Steel Pipe’s core assets are its 51.02% stake in Tianjin Steel Pipe, which has core assets including 3.5 million tonnes of seamless steel pipe production capacity that inherits from former Tianjin Pipe Group Corporation Limited. Tianjin Steel Pipe is a leading seamless steel pipe enterprise in China and the world with strong competitiveness and high market share.

CITIC Special Steel is a leading enterprise in the special steel industry. Given its 2021 acquisition of 40% of the equity of Shanghai Electric Steel Pipe and the other 60% this time, Shanghai Electric Steel Pipe will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Pacific Special Steel and Tianjin Pipe Corporation will become its holding subsidiary. The acquisition will help CITIC Pacific Special Steel further advance its market position and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness in the seamless pipe market. 12月11日，香港將軍澳跨灣大橋正式通車。這座大橋是全港跨度最大和預製最重的鋼拱橋，也是第一座由內地企業獨立承建的大橋，採用“內地製造，香港安裝”，先於江蘇南通完成總裝，再經海上運輸至現場。橋樑所用超高強度鋼板由中信泰富特鋼旗下的興澄特鋼獨家供應，也是超高強度鋼材在全球首次大規模應用於橋樑建造。

興澄特鋼前瞻性地參與到用戶的特鋼選材中，向用戶推薦了S690QL超高強度鋼板，並最終成為該項目的唯一鋼板供應商。正式生產後，興澄特鋼從用戶需求出發，緊跟合同需要，合理安排排產，保質、保量、保交貨期，高標準完成了全部1.6萬噸的鋼材供貨，得到了用戶的高度認可。

將軍澳跨灣大橋通過大體量使用興澄特鋼供應的S690QL超高強度鋼材，大規模提高橋樑結構件預支施工比例，結合整孔吊裝和整跨浮拖等先進施工方法，極大地降低了碳排放。英國土木工程師學會測算這座大橋減少了碳排放量2萬噸，碳排放不及傳統鋼橋施工工藝的40%，為此向這座大橋頒發了“減碳”基建專案最高榮譽——布魯奈爾獎。

CITIC Pacific has been awarded the tender for a residential site in Kwai Chung’s Lai Kong Street for HK$1.1 billion on November 15th. The land sale attracted nine well-known companies to compete in the bidding including CK Asset Holdings, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Wheelock Properties, Sino Land, K. Wah International and Kerry Properties, with CITIC Pacific standing out at last. The land is in the mid-levels of Kwai Chung in the New Territories, with an open landscape view and area of 41,800 square feet. The maximum gross floor area for a private residential purpose is set at 25,000 square feet. Under the conditions of sale, the purchaser is required to build public transportation and social health facilities.
