Mr Du was appointed vice president of CITIC Pacific in May 2025. He joined CITIC Pacific China Holdings Limited, CITIC Pacific’s mainland China property management platform, in 2006, and served in various management roles until becoming president in 2024 and chairman in 2026. With extensive experience in corporate management and operations, Mr Du has been instrumental in the continuous growth of CITIC Pacific Properties, helping position the company as a premium brand in Chinese property market.

Mr Du graduated from Yangzhou University and received an MBA from Tongji University. He is a senior engineer in China. His professional credentials include being a certified cost engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
