Mr Liang is the corporate director and head of Hong Kong of CITIC Limited, and chairman of CITIC Pacific.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr Liang served as vice chairman and general manager of CITIC Real Estate, director of the Party-Masses Work Department of CITIC Group, director of the General Office of CITIC Group, corporate director of CITIC Limited and director of the General Office of CITIC Group.

Mr Liang holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Beijing Technology and Business University and a doctorate in economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
