Ms Ren was appointed director of CITIC Pacific in June 2026. Ms Ren joined CITIC Group in 2005 and has since held key positions at a number of subsidiaries and departments including CITIC Guoan, the Strategic Development Department of CITIC Group and CITIC Europe. Currently, Ms Ren is serving as general manager of the Business Synergy Department of CITIC Group and director of CITIC Trust. Prior to joining CITIC Group, she worked at China Construction Bank and China Development Bank.

With over 30 years of extensive experience, Ms Ren specializes in financial investment and financing, the strategic oversight of central state-owned enterprises, the management of international operations, overseas project resolution, cross-sector resource coordination and business synergy.

Ms Ren holds a master’s degree in management from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and is a qualified senior economist.
