Ms Tian was appointed director of CITIC Pacific in June 2026 and serves as deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department. With extensive experience in human resources management, she joined CITIC Group in 2006 and has held positions in various divisions within the Human Resources Department, including the Information and Visa Division, the Education and Training Division, the Talent Division, and the Appointment and Removal Division. Prior to her current role, Ms. Tian served as the head of the Information and Visa Division and the Executive Personnel Division.

Ms Tian holds a master’s degree in education and is a qualified economist.
