Based in Singapore, Cheng Xin Ship Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Pacific established in 2011 which owns and operates a fleet of dry bulk vessels that provide world-wide freight logistical support to CITIC Pacific companies. Today, Pacific Infrastructure operates a total of four tunnels in Hong Kong, including the Central–Wan Chai Bypass, the Western Harbour Tunnel, the Eastern Harbour Tunnel and the Tate’s Cairn Tunnel.
