Ship Management and Chartering

Based in Singapore, Cheng Xin Ship Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Pacific established in 2011 which owns and operates a fleet of dry bulk vessels that provide world-wide freight logistical support to CITIC Pacific companies. The fleet includes twelve 115,000 tonne Handysize and Capesize dry bulk carriers.

Tamar Alliance

Established in 2017, Tamar Alliance Capital Limited manages two private funds investing in the healthcare and energy sectors.

Tunnels in Hong Kong

CITIC Pacific’s involvement with Hong Kong’s traffic tunnels began in the 1980s, when we participated in build-operate-transfer arrangements for the Eastern and Western Harbour Crossings. When the BOT arrangements ended, we continued to support Hong Kong’s tunnels through our subsidiary, Pacific Infrastructure, under management-operation-maintenance agreements. Today, Pacific Infrastructure is one of Hong Kong’s major tunnel operators. It manages the Central-Wan Chai Bypass Tunnel, Western Harbour Crossing, Eastern Harbour Crossing and Tate’s Cairn Tunnel.

CITIC Telecom International

CITIC Pacific holds a 41% interest in CITIC Telecom International Holdings (1883.HK) which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007. As one of the largest Asia-Pacific telecommunications hubs, CITIC Telecom’s services include voice messaging, SMS, value-added mobile and data services, information and communication technology solutions. CITIC Telecom International also holds a 99% interest in Companhia De Telecomunicações de Macau, S.A.R.L..
