Mr Du was appointed vice president of CITIC Pacific in May 2025. He joined CITIC Pacific China Holdings Limited, CITIC Pacific’s mainland China property management platform, in April 2006, and served in various management roles until becoming president in April 2024. With extensive experience in corporate management and operations, Mr Du has been instrumental in the continuous growth of CITIC Pacific Properties’ mainland business, helping position the company as a premium brand in Chinese property market.

Mr Du graduated from Yangzhou University and received an MBA from Tongji University. He is a senior engineer in China. His professional credentials include being a certified cost engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, among other qualifications.
