Mr Choy is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and has rich experience in merger and acquisition, listing rules compliance and litigation.

Mr Choy is a member of the company’s executive committee and investment committee. He is also the joint company secretary of CITIC Limited, a Hong Kong listed company and parent company of CITIC Pacific. Before joining the CITIC Pacific in 2008, Mr Choy was a partner at Reed Smith Richards Butler.

Mr Choy holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law from The University of Sydney.
